COLUMBUS – State Representative Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) today issued the following statement on House Bill 110:

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representative yesterday passed House Bill 110, the two-year state operating budget for Fiscal Years 2022-2023. The legislation highlights include a new school funding reform plan, tax relief, jobs and economic support, and several other initiatives. State Representative Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) voted in support of the bill.

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives last week passed House Concurrent Resolution 18, which asks the Congress of the United States to adopt the “Keep Nine” amendment to the United States Constitution. 

COLUMBUS – State Reps. Jena Powell (R-Arcanum) and Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) yesterday gave sponsor testimony on House Bill 276, legislation that aims to better target pimps and traffickers and aid in the fight against human sex trafficking in Ohio. 

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House Finance Committee yesterday included an amendment to Senate Bill 111, which provides funding for townships from the American Rescue Plan (ARP).
