COLUMBUS—State Representative Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) yesterday introduced two pieces of legislation that will protect the health and safety Ohioans.

COLUMBUS — State Reps. Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) and Crystal Lett (D-Columbus) today introduced a bipartisan bill that aims to prevent drink spiking incidents and inform law enforcement of trends and data related to the issue. Drink spiking is the practice of putting an illicit substance in someone’s drink without their knowledge and usually co-occurs with other crimes such as sexual violence and theft.

COLUMBUS—State Representative Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) today provided sponsor testimony before the House Veterans and Military Development Committee on House Concurrent Resolution 21, a resolution to recognize the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps.
