State Representative Monica Robb Blasdel (R-New Waterford) this week introduced the Ohio Equine Protection Act, legislation that would extend Ohio’s animal cruelty protections to horses and other equines used in human interaction, including for sport, recreation, lessons, therapy, and racing.

As a member of the House Transportation Committee, Rep. Robb Blasdel is actively monitoring House Bill 948, legislation currently pending in the House Transportation Committee that addresses electric bicycle operations, education, and traffic safety.
