Representative Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) recently introduced legislation to create a clear legal framework for nuisance claims involving racing facilities and racetracks across the state.

COLUMBUS – State Representative Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) is pleased to announce that numerous local school districts in Huron and Lorain Counties were recently awarded funding from the Ohio School Bus Safety Grant Program—totaling more than $100,898. 

COLUMBUS, OH — State Representatives Gayle Manning (R-Avon) and Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) today introduced Amanda Dean’s Law, legislation that would increase criminal penalties to ensure accountability, protect human dignity, and provide justice for victims’ families.  

State Representatives Gary Click (R-Vickery) and Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) today introduced legislation to form a bipartisan data center study commission. The study commission will consist of three appointees each from the Speaker of the House, the Senate President, and the Governor. Additionally, two members will be appointed by the minority leaders of each chamber forming a thirteen-member commission.
