State Representative Haraz N. Ghanbari, R-Perrysburg, testified Tuesday during the sentencing of Graig Lamont Gibson by Wood County Common Pleas Court Judge Matthew L. Reger. Gibson, 32, was indicted Jan. 20 by a grand jury on six felony charges and four misdemeanors resulting from a New Year’s Day incident on State Route 25, which occurred during a ride along by Ghanbari with The Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The newly dedicated road between Tracy Road and North Fostoria Road on state Route 795 was named in honor of those that have served in the Armed Forces.
