COLUMBUS– State Rep. Allison Russo (D-Upper Arlington) today announced the start of early voting in Franklin County. The announcement comes as thousands of Ohioans converged on their county board of elections early on Tuesday morning to cast a ballot on the first day of early voting.

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Allison Russo (D-Upper Arlington) and House Democrats Monday announced the approval of funds by the Controlling Board to further aid the state’s response to the health and economic hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding was also approved for voter education efforts and to support women-owned and veteran friendly businesses.

COLUMBUS – State Representative Allison Russo (D-Upper Arlington) announced this week the passage of House Bill (H.B.) 614, legislation that allocates a total of $650 million in federal CARES Act relief funds for local governments in Ohio. The funds are to be used to offset costs faced by local governments directly caused by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Previously approved by the Ohio Senate, the bill now heads to the Governor’s desk.

Allison Russo (D-Upper Arlington) and Ohio House Democrats today announced the end of their Ohio Promise Virtual Town Hall Tour, which comprised of more than two-dozen virtual town halls since June on topics including COVID-19, jobs and the economy, racial justice, gun safety and voting access. Across the state, over 20,000 Ohioans tuned in to these town halls to hear from their elected officials and ask questions.
