Authorize certain nurses to sign hospital patient documents
Long Title +To amend sections 3905.471, 4723.021, 4723.06, 4723.28, and 4723.431; to enact new section 4723.35 and sections 4723.351, 4723.436, and 4730.204; and to repeal section 4723.35 of the Revised Code to authorize certain advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants to sign documents related to psychiatric inpatients; to revise the law governing the Board of Nursing's monitoring of impaired practitioners; and to modify the law governing insurance navigators and to amend the version of section 4723.431 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect on September 30, 2024, to continue the changes to that section on and after that date.
