Flags to Fly Half-Staff in Honor of Lorain County Administrator and Former State Senator Jeff Armbruster

State Representative Gayle Manning (R-Avon) is acknowledging the recent order from Governor Mike DeWine, in honor of Lorain County Administrator and Former State Senator Jeff Armbruster, that the flags of the United States and the state of Ohio shall be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout Lorain County and at the Ohio Statehouse, Vern Riffe Center, and Rhodes Tower. 

“It has been an honor to have known such a devoted leader and public servant like Jeff,” said Manning. “He will be missed dearly in our community, and my prayers are with his family and loved ones.”
