Reps. Blasdel, Peterson's Carbon Capture Regulation Bill Heads to the Governor's Desk

COLUMBUS – State Representatives Monica Robb Blasdel (R-New Waterford) and Bob Peterson (R-Sabina) today announced that the Ohio House concurred with Senate amendments to House Bill 170, legislation that would give Ohio authority over the regulation of Class VI injection wells used for carbon capture and storage.
