Rep. Brownlee Calls on Governor DeWine to Bring Ohio's National Guard Home, Invest in Ohio

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Karen Brownlee (D-Symmes Twp) today released the following statement concerning Governor Mike DeWine’s decision to send 150 National Guard members to support the District of Columbia National Guard: 

“The deployment of Ohio National Guard military police to our nation’s capital is a political stunt at the taxpayer’s expense. This is a prime example of Ohio Republican leaders prioritizing their party over the people they are supposed to serve. Ohioans deserve better,” said Rep. Brownlee.
