COLUMBUS – State Representative Jason Stephens (R-Kitts Hill) today announced the Ohio House of Representatives has passed House Bill 148, legislation to establish the Companion Animal Fund in the state treasury.

COLUMBUS, OH—Ohio House Speaker Jason Stephens (R-Kitts Hill) today announced that $32 million has been awarded to Jackson County for the construction of a new county jail. The funds are being awarded through the Ohio Jail Safety and Security Program.
