State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) has released the following statement after attending Governor Mike DeWine’s bill signing for Senate Bill 126, also known as Collin’s Law: Ohio’s Anti-Hazing Act:

State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) and the General Assembly passed House Bill 110, known as the two-year state operating budget for Fiscal Years 2022-2023. The legislation highlights include a new school funding reform plan, tax relief, jobs and economic support, and several other initiatives.

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) announces Sub. House Bill 291, that includes several road-naming bills, passed within the Ohio House. The legislation includes Ghanbari’s House Bill 164 to designate a portion of State Route 795 in Wood County as the "Lake Township Veterans Memorial Highway."

State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) was recently appointed by the Speaker of the House, Robert R. Cupp, to serve on the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission.

State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) will soon be introducing bipartisan legislation that aims to push for equal housing opportunities by removing discriminatory covenants from deeds of property transfer. The bill provides immunity from civil liability for attorneys who remove a discriminatory covenant from a deed that they are preparing.

State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) announces that Peloton Interactive, Inc. has made the decision to build its first U.S. factory in Troy Township, located in Wood County. 

State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) has released the following statement regarding the governor’s statewide address on May 12, 2021:

State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) and the Ohio House today passed House Bill 206. The legislation gives township trustees the ability to allow township law officers to enforce laws on interstate highways within their jurisdiction. Ghanbari spoke to the bill on the House floor.

State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) today testified in support of House Bill 205, which is also known as the “Collin’s Law: The Ohio Anti-Bullying and Hazing Act.” The bill addresses the issue of school bullying and hazing throughout the state. Ghanbari is a joint sponsor of the legislation.
