Representative Troy Announces that Poly6 Technologies, Inc. is to Open a New Facility in Eastlake, OH

COLUMBUS - State Rep. Daniel Troy (D-Willowick) Monday announced the approval of a Poly6 Technologies, Inc. facility to open in Eastlake, Ohio. This new Lake County location will create an estimated 164 new jobs for the area and generate $10.5 million in new annual payroll revenue. At its Monday meeting, the Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved a 1.597% nine-year Job Creation Tax Credit for the project.
“I am pleased that our state’s Jobs Ohio program has helped facilitate the establishment of this innovative manufacturing facility in the heart of my Ohio House district. This addition to its manufacturing base and the 164 new jobs it will create is most welcome news to the City of Eastlake and our western Lake County economy,” said Rep. Troy.
Poly6 Technologies is a manufacturing company focused on the development of specialized materials and advanced production solutions for high-precision industries such as aerospace and energy. The new facility is part of the company’s initiative to scale up production for a key customer.
The new project was announced alongside 16 additional manufacturing projects approved across the state as part of a larger job creation initiative by JobsOhio, the Ohio Department of Development, and the Office of Governor Mike DeWine. Statewide, these 17 new projects will create an estimated $148 million in new payroll and $1.1 billion in investments. They will result in 2,347 new jobs and retain 8,592 jobs for Ohioans across the state.
