COLUMBUS – State Reps. Allison Russo (D-Upper Arlington) and Karen Brownlee (D-Symmes Twp) today introduced House Bill (HB) 837, a bill which would alter public records law such that the personal information of licensed social workers and other mental health professionals can be removed from the public domain.

COLUMBUS — State Rep. Allison Russo (D-Upper Arlington) last week filed a records request with the office of Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose seeking clarity on the extent of Ohioan’s personal information shared with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Homeland Security. The request also seeks transparency on Secretary LaRose’s EleXa program which has been described as “a new, multi-state election integrity network”.

COLUMBUS — State Reps. Allison Russo (D-Upper Arlington) and Tristan Rader (D-Lakewood) yesterday introduced a bill to protect Ohio’s drinking water by providing state-level standards for drinking water that limit contaminant levels for common toxic chemicals such as PFAS, chromium-6, 1,4 dioxane, and others as the need arises.
