As favorably reported by the Ohio House Energy and Natural Resources Committee, HR 247 respectfully urges Congress and President Donald J. Trump to amend the Federal Clean Air Act to eliminate the requirement to implement the E-Check Program. The resolution would provide relief to seven Northeast Ohio counties currently subjected to the arduous regulations stipulated through E-Check.
