Reps. Thomas, Rader to Introduce Legislation to Reimburse Families After Power Outages

State Representatives David Thomas (R–Jefferson) and Tristan Rader (D–Cleveland) today introduced the Ohio Power Outage Relief Act, bipartisan legislation requiring electric distribution utilities to compensate customers for qualifying prolonged and repeated power outages, and prohibiting utilities from passing those costs back to customers.

Rep. David Thomas Applauds $4 Million State Investment in Ashtabula County Greenway Trail Project

State Representative David Thomas (R-Jefferson) is pleased to share that the Ashtabula County Metroparks’ Pymatuning Valley Greenway Trail project will receive $4 million in state funding through the Ohio Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP).
