COLUMBUS — State Reps. Erika White (D-Springfield Township) and Ashley Bryant-Bailey (D-Cincinnati) recently introduced legislation to provide publicly funded childcare benefits to childcare employees who work at least 20 hours per week. House Bill (HB) 768 allows county Jobs and Family Services offices to exclude family income when determining eligibility for publicly funded childcare. 

 
 

COLUMBUS — State Reps. Allison Russo (D-Upper Arlington) and Tristan Rader (D-Lakewood) yesterday introduced a bill to protect Ohio’s drinking water by providing state-level standards for drinking water that limit contaminant levels for common toxic chemicals such as PFAS, chromium-6, 1,4 dioxane, and others as the need arises.
