COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives today passed legislation to repeal the nuclear subsidy created by House Bill 6 from the 133rd General Assembly. Sponsored by Representatives Jim Hoops and Dick Stein, House Bill 128 passed the House 86-7.

Bird & Koehler's Bill to Bring Relief to Students Passes House

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives today passed Substitute House Bill 67, legislation sponsored by State Representatives Adam Bird (R-New Richmond) and Kyle Koehler (R-Springfield) that would provide relief to school students who are returning to school this spring by providing provisions laid out in the bill.

 
 

COLUMBUS – State Representative Larry Householder (R-Glenford) today introduced legislation that would hold county boards of health accountable by allowing a board of county commissioners to terminate or modify any countywide order issued by a county board of health.
