COLUMBUS – State Reps. Abdullahi (D-Columbus) and Tristan Rader (D-Lakewood) last week introduced legislation that would create a state-funded, tuition-free public higher education for all Ohio students.

COLUMBUS – Last week, State Reps. Cockley (D-Columbus) and Rader (D-Lakewood) introduced House Bill (HB) 853. This legislation would require decommission plans to be submitted to the Ohio Power Siting Board and submit safety plans to local fire departments prior to construction of a natural gas fuel cell facility.

COLUMBUS – Ohio House Energy Committee Democrats today applauded the decision of the Ohio Supreme Court that declares submetering companies’ public utilities. Now, companies like Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP) will be under the purview of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO).
