COLUMBUS – The Ohio House Pro-Life Caucus, a coalition of legislators committed to advancing a culture of life in Ohio, held its inaugural meeting of the 136th General Assembly. The budget plan, which allocates funding for state programs and operations for the next two years, includes provisions that aim to protect freedom, family and fiscal responsibility – approving historic property tax relief for Ohioans, implementing a flat tax rate and providing a record amount of state funding for school districts.
