State Rep. Lauren McNally (D-Youngstown) announced that the State Controlling Board approved $1.18 million in support for Youngstown State University meant for renovations to one of the STEM buildings, Moser Hall, which is home to the engineering, physics, and geological science departments on YSU’s campus.
