A single mother and two-time published author, Representative Humphrey is also a nationally recognized speaker, having delivered keynotes and led discussions at institutions including Columbia University, Brooklyn College, The Ohio State University, and Hampton University. Her lived experience and legislative expertise have made her a sought-after voice on issues of equity, opportunity, and reform.
