State Representative Jennifer Gross (R-West Chester) announces her legislation known as the Boutique Services Opportunity Act has passed in the Ohio House. House Bill 433 reforms Ohio’s approach to occupational licensing and creates jobs for small business entrepreneurs who were disproportionately impacted by the pandemic.
