COLUMBUS – State Representative Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) announced Cold Jet will be expanding operations in Miami Township, creating 67 new jobs and generating nearly $5 million in new annual payroll.

Cold Jet, a world leader in dry ice blasting and dry ice production technology, will be combining their corporate headquarters, assembly facility and manufacturing facility into one campus in Miami Township. This consolidation will create new jobs, but will also retain 120 jobs that will contribute $12.2 million in payroll in the township.

“I am thrilled that Cold Jet is expanding its business operations in Miami Township,” said Schmidt. “Businesses like this bring vital jobs to the area and further the growth of the Township. I want to thank the Clermont County Port Authority and Miami Township Trustees for working on this important project.”

Cold Jet was established in 1988 in Cincinnati and has expanded to 13 different centers in 10 countries around the world.
