COLUMBUS – With the deadline for all state agencies to submit their rule reduction reports having passed, all but four agencies have or are on track to hit their target of a 10% reduction in regulatory restrictions, announced Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR) Chair, State Rep. Garfield Day, announced joint sponsors Representative Jamie Callender (R- Concord) and Representative Dan Troy (D- Willowick). This vote came after unanimous passage by the House State and Local Government Committee back in March.
