Ghanbari Fights for First Responders PTSD Compensation Bill, Legislation Passes Ohio House

State Rep. Haraz Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) supported the Ohio House passage of House Bill 308, which allows peace officers, firefighters, and emergency medical workers who have PTSD due to employment to be eligible for compensation and benefits regardless if they already suffer from an accompanying physical injury or not.

Representative Ghanbari Honors Law Enforcement Officers with Ohio Treasurer of State Robert Sprague

BOWLING GREEN — State Representative Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) joined Ohio Treasurer of State Robert Sprague Friday to honor 17 law enforcement officers and dispatchers for their valor during a recent high-speed chase in northwest Ohio, which concluded with the rescue of an infant who was in the stolen vehicle. Ghanbari also recognized Toledo Police K-9 Officer Zola, a six-year Shepard-Malinois.
