COLUMBUS— State Representative Gary Click (R-Vickery) voted last week to support HB 33, Ohio’s two-year operating budget. The state budget passed the House by a vote of 67-30 after deliberation between the House and Senate.

COLUMBUS – State Representative Gary Click (R-Vickery) announced that the Ohio House of Representatives approved the Save Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act by a vote of 64-28 Wednesday.

COLUMBUS – State Representative Gary Click (R-Vickery) is pleased to announce the Save Adolescents from Experimentation (SAFE) Act was favorably passed out of the House Public Health Policy Committee Wednesday. 

State Representative Gary Click (R-Vickery) announces that he is a charter member of the newly formed Ohio Legislative Prayer Caucus (OLPC) of the 135 General Assembly. The OLPC is co-chaired by Click in the House and State Senator Michele Reynolds (R-Canal Winchester) in the Senate.

State Representative Gary Click (R-Vickery) and the Ohio House voted favorably Wednesday to approve the Constitutional Protection Amendment, Senate Joint Resolution 2. The resolution raises the required threshold of votes for an amendment to the state constitution from a simple majority to 60% of state voters. The resolution additionally provides the opportunity for Ohioans to approve the amendment on August 8th, 2023.
