COLUMBUS—State Representative Gary Click (R-Vickery) is pleased to announce the Ohio House of Representatives today passed House Bill 268, legislation to update the Certificate of Qualification for Employment (CQE) program, enhancing its effectiveness for Ohioans going through the rehabilitation process while strengthening Ohio’s workforce.
