Rep. Click Highlights Biennial Ohio House High School Student Art Exhibition Awardee

State Representative Gary Click (R-Vickery) today recognized Sheil Nord, a District 88 high school student whose artwork was selected to be included in the House of Representatives High School Student Art Exhibition. 

“Sheil captured what it means to live in Northwest Ohio through incredible digital photography,” said Rep. Click. “With an eye for the natural beauty of our rural lifestyle.  I feel confident that we will see more from this talented artist!”

This biennial art exhibition showcases the creativity and talent of high school students from all 99 House districts and is on display in the hallway connecting the Vern Riffe Center and the Ohio Statehouse.

The House High School Student Art Exhibition was established in 2016 under the 131st General Assembly. High school art teachers from across the state are invited to submit their students' art for consideration by the Ohio Arts Council, which helps select pieces featured in the exhibition and works in partnership with the Ohio Art Education Association on the project.
