COLUMBUS – State Rep. Elgin Rogers, Jr. (D-Toledo) today announced the passage of Substitute Senate Bill (SB) 52, legislation that includes the designation of a portion of Interstate Route 280 in Lucas County as the "SSG Jack W. Coy Veterans Memorial Highway," ensuring that the sacrifice and service of a Toledo World War II hero will be permanently recognized by the State of Ohio.
