COLUMBUS, OH –State Representatives Bernie Willis (R-Springfield) and Brian Lampton (R-Beavercreek) today announced that House Bill 434 passed through the Ohio House of Representatives. The bill updates adult limited term driver’s license application requirements, strengthening training for limited-term license applicants while easing restrictions for military-affiliated individuals.

COLUMBUS—The Ohio House of Representatives yesterday passed House Bill 399, legislation to support living organ donation by to removing financial barriers, announced bill sponsor, State Rep. Brian Lampton (R-Beavercreek).

State Rep. Sarah Fowler Arthur (R-Geneva-on-the-Lake) voted to support several bills that offer significant COVID-19 relief. The pieces of legislation under House Bills 167, 168, 169, 170 all passed during the most recent House session.

Today, State Rep. Sarah Fowler Arthur (R-Geneva-on-the-Lake) voted to support and the House passed House Bill 2, known as the Broadband Expansion bill. The legislation expands broadband access across the state with the creation of Ohio’s first Residential Broadband Expansion Program.

Huffman (R-Tipp City) to introduce legislation aimed at eliminating the state income tax as well as the commercial activities tax (CAT). 

State Rep. Sarah Fowler Arthur (R-Geneva-on-the-Lake) encourages chartered veterans service organizations throughout Ashtabula and Geauga Counties to apply for the Veterans Post COVID Safety Grant. The initiative is to assist these groups in safely operating amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives yesterday passed House Concurrent Resolution 8, announced sponsor, State Representative Brian Lampton (R-Beavercreek).

Today, State Rep. Sarah Fowler Arthur (R-Geneva-on-the-Lake) was sworn-in for her first term of office as the state representative for the 99th Ohio House District. The district includes portions of Ashtabula and Geauga Counties.
