COLUMBUS – State Rep. Dontavius L. Jarrells (D-Columbus) and Majority Whip Josh Williams (R-Sylvania Twp.) Wednesday celebrated the Ohio House and Senate’s passage of House Bill (HB) 57, which expands access to overdose-reversal drugs in schools. The bipartisan bill passed with a vote of 28-4 in the Ohio Senate and 76-18 in the Ohio House of Representatives.

COLUMBUS — State Rep. Dontavius L. Monday’s first public hearing did not include a Republican proposed map. COLUMBUS — The Ohio Jewish Caucus today released a statement calling on gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy to renounce comments from Liberty Valley Church Pastor Jeff Tauring describing modern Judaism as “fake.” Ramaswamy has appeared twice at the Northfield church, most recently in May alongside Tauring for a campaign event focused on “The Future of Religious Liberty.”

COLUMBUS — Ohio House Minority Leader Dani Isaacsohn (D-Cincinnati), Member of the Select Committee on Data Centers Representative Glassburn (D–North Olmstead) House Energy Committee Ranking Member Representative Rader (D–Cleveland), and the members of the Ohio House Democratic Caucus leadership team today sent a letter to Governor Mike DeWine urging immediate action to establish a statewide utility rate class for large data centers in order to protect Ohio families and businesses from looming electricity rate increases.
