Anita Somani (D-Dublin) today announced that the Ohio Controlling Board approved $1.8M in funding for the replacement of the four aging and failing boilers serving the entire Major General Robert Sprague Beightler Joint Force Headquarters Building. This building serves as the headquarters for the Adjutant General’s Department, a cabinet-level agency that manages the Ohio Army National Guard, Ohio Air National Guard, and State Defense Force.

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Anita Somani (D-Dublin) today announced that the Ohio Controlling Board approved on Monday $30,450 to replace flooring at the Ohio School for the Deaf Recreation Center. The Ohio School for the Deaf Recreation Center, also known as the "Spartan Center" is the main connection hub for the school. The Spartan Center is used as a recreation area for residential students in the evenings as a community area, and it is also used during school hours for small events and as an alternate teaching space.
