King Supports State AG Letter to Walgreens, CVS

COLUMBUS – State Representative Angie King (R-Celina) supports a recent letter Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, along with 19 other state attorney generals, signed warning Walgreens and CVS that they would be breaking state and federal law if they send abortion medication through the mail after the two companies recent announcement that they plan to do so. 

“I completely support Attorney General Yost and thank him for his swift action to prevent these companies from mailing any abortion medication. We are a state and nation of laws and we can not allow these corporations to do as they please. These laws are in place to not only protect the life of an unborn child, but to also to protect the health of women.”
