COLUMBUS – The Telemedicine Expansion Act (House Bill 122) has been signed into law by Governor DeWine, State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport) announced today. The bill was unanimously passed through the Ohio House and Senate before arriving at the governor’s desk. 

COLUMBUS – The State Controlling Board today approved an Ohio Department of Natural Resources request for $5,282,444 for Local Park Projects statewide. State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport) applauded the state’s funding for much-need projects. 

COLUMBUS – House Bill 122, also known as the Telemedicine Expansion Act, heads to Governor DeWine’s desk after unanimously passing the House earlier today. Sponsored by Representatives Mark Frazier (R-Newark) and Adam Holmes (R-Nashport), the bill originally passed the House in April and an amended version cleared the Senate yesterday.

COLUMBUS – The State Controlling Board this week approved an historic land purchase that will dramatically expand outdoor opportunities and preserve them for generations to come.

COLUMBUS – The Ohio Aerospace and Aviation Technology Committee (OAATC) today met to discuss the development of an “Ohio Unified Aerospace Strategy.” Chairman of the OAATC, State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport), applauded the committee’s speakers for their collaborative efforts and presentations.

COLUMBUS – State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport) introduced three bills over the last two weeks designed to shape the future of airspace use in Ohio. The first two, House Bills 485 and 486, will lay the regulatory groundwork for future use of Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or drones in the state. 

ZANESVILLE – State Representative Adam Holmes is visiting Genesis Hospital to learn about how Muskingum Starlight Industries helps local businesses hire and retain great employees. Knowing the importance of workforce development in our region, he will be learning how Muskingum Starlight Industries supports local employers and improves employment outcomes for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  This visit will be at 1pm on Friday, October 22nd, at 2951 Maple Ave. Zanesville.

COLUMBUS – Ohio House Speaker Bob Cupp (R-Lima) yesterday appointed State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport) as a member to the Ohio Commission for the United States semiquincentennial. 

COLUMBUS – State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport) yesterday announced the State Controlling Board approved the release of $1.6 million in state support for improvements to the Senecaville State Fish Hatchery located in Guernsey County.

Representative Holmes (R-Nashport) announced today that his planned office hours in Cambridge, originally scheduled for Wednesday, August 11, has been rescheduled. The new time and date for his office hours are below:

COLUMBUS– Representative Holmes announced Wednesday that he would be holding open office hours throughout the 97th House District this summer. “I am excited to use the current recess to hear directly from constituents,” Representative Holmes said “It is an opportunity to discuss the state budget that was just passed and review priorities for the rest of the General Assembly .”
