Rep. Holmes Named Vice-Chair of House Health Committee

COLUMBUS – Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder (R-Glenford) today named State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport) Vice-Chair of the Ohio House Health Committee.

“My experience as a member of the Health Committee has certainly prepared me for this, and I thank Speaker Householder for seeing that dedication in me and my efforts,” said Holmes. “As Vice-Chair, I plan to work with Chairman Lipps to address the state’s opioid epidemic. Opioid addiction corrodes any endeavor we are trying to do to help Ohioans and we have to solve that right away. It’s a threat to any good idea that we have coming for the state.”
