Long Title +To enact section 1.66 of the Revised Code to prohibit laws that are incompatible with the United States Constitution and Ohio Constitution and to name this act An Act to Affirm and Ensure the Supremacy of the Constitutions of the United States of America and Ohio and the Foundational Principle of the American System of Government: Individual Liberty.
