Enact the Family Sovereignty Act
Long Title +To amend sections 2151.233, 2151.235, 2151.27, 3105.011, 3109.04, and 3109.06 and to enact section 3109.402 of the Revised Code to enact the Family Sovereignty Act to prohibit awarding custody of a child to a non-parent when the child's parents are married to each other and maintaining a family unit and to limit who may file a complaint alleging abuse, neglect, or dependency.
