Legislation creates defense to nuisance claims

Representative Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) recently introduced legislation to create a clear legal framework for nuisance claims involving racing facilities and racetracks across the state.

Representative David Thomas (R-Jefferson) and Representative Adam Mathews (R-Lebanon) have introduced new legislation aimed at streamlining the process for large townships in Ohio to incorporate into cities or municipalities.
