COLUMBUS—State Representatives Tim Barhorst (R-Ft. Loramie) and Brian Stewart (R-Ashville) held a press conference to introduce House Bill 505, known as the Community Pharmacy Protection Act. The legislation will address pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) practices and the current state of prescription drug access in Ohio.

COLUMBUS –State Representatives Sara Carruthers (R-Hamilton) and Juanita Brent (D-Cleveland) today held a press conference on Aisha’s Law, legislation that directs the Attorney General to adopt rules to require training on evidence-based lethality assessment screening tools in peace officer basic training.

COLUMBUS –State Rep. Jon Cross (R-Findlay) today approved the increase of over $3.9 million in funds to the State Disaster Relief Program (SDRP) during a State Controlling Board meeting, increasing the current appropriation to more than $7.4 million.
