Rep. Reineke Encourages Area Residents to Attend Seminars Aimed at Assisting Small Business Entrepreneurs

State Representative Bill Reineke (R-Tiffin) is encouraging area residents who are interested in starting, buying or expanding a small business to attend “Small Business Basics” seminars.

“Small Business Basics” is a free seminar series presented by the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Terra State Community College. The sessions run for two hours and cover a wide range of topics that impact entrepreneurs, such as licensing, taxes, insurance and employees. They are held in Sandusky, Seneca, Ottawa and Erie counties.

"Small businesses continue to drive economic growth in all of our communities," Rep. Reineke said. "I highly recommend these workshops to anyone who owns a business or is thinking about starting their own business. The resources and strategies our Small Business Development Center provides are second to none and will help you take the next steps to grow your business."

The remaining 2015 locations and times in Sandusky and Seneca counties are as follows:

Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce (conference room)

19 W. Market Street, Tiffin

9:30 – 11:30 a.m.; October 14th and November 11th

Terra State Community College (Building A, Room 314)

2830 Napoleon Road, Fremont

4:30 – 6:30 p.m.; October 28th and November 24th
