Rep. Moore Releases Statement on the Passing of Former Senator James Carnes

State Representative Ty Moore (R-Caldwell) today released the following statement upon learning about the passing of former Senator James Carnes.

“I am deeply saddened to hear about the loss of former Senator James Carnes. Senator Carnes not only served in the legislature, representing the people of southeast Ohio, but he also served as ODNR Deputy Director, advocating for the preservation of our great state.
