Rep. Gayle Manning Receives OESCA Legislative Leadership Award

State Representative Gayle Manning (R-Avon) is honored to share that the Ohio Educational Service Center Association (OESCA) has awarded her the 2026 Legislative Leadership Award.
“Educational Service Centers all across the state, including Lorain County, provide excellent care to our students and prepare them for their futures,” said Manning. “I’m honored to receive this award and look forward to continuing to collaborate with ESCs in the future."
“One of the things I appreciate most about Representative Gayle Manning is her willingness to listen and work toward solutions,” said Franco Gallo, superintendent of the ESC of Lorain County. “She takes the time to attend meetings, hear directly from educators, ask thoughtful questions, and follow up when issues arise. She understands that not every challenge can be solved with one piece of legislation, but even small changes can make a meaningful difference. Gayle is accessible, engaged, and genuinely committed to supporting education and the students we serve. I appreciate her practical, collaborative approach to making things better.”
The OESCA represents the personnel of Ohio's Educational Service Centers and seeks to promote excellence in education through quality services provided by its member organizations.
