State Representative Kristina Daley Roegner (R-Hudson) is pleased to announce the results of her 4th Grade Art Recognition Program, a program designed to recognize the artistic talents of 4th grade students from across the 37th House District. The goal was to capture the beauty of Ohio through individual art, and there were over 300 submissions from seven schools.

Rep. Roegner selected the Ohio-themed artwork created by Alyssa Lyons, Keirstin Trehar, Samantha Stutler, and Vince Hack of Ledgeview Elementary, Vani Modi of Dodge Intermediate, Christian Jensen and Steven Leasure of Highland Elementary, and Addison Ades of Indian Trail.

“I want to thank all the students who participated,” said Rep. Roegner. “It was so much fun to see the many beautiful pieces of art submitted by our 4th graders across the district. The passion these children have for the Buckeye State was demonstrated through their artistic creations. I am certain that these will be an encouragement to and warm the hearts of our service men and women.”

All submissions that were not selected for Rep. Roegner’s office have been sent to an Ohio Veterans’ Home as a way to thank them for their service.
