COLUMBUS, OH—State Representative Monica Robb Blasdel (R-New Waterford) is proud to announce she’s been named Conservation Legislator of the Year by the Columbiana County Federation of Conservation Clubs.

COLUMBUS—State Representative Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) today announced that the General Assembly will begin the capital budget process for fiscal years 2027-28. The capital budget is one of Ohio’s five main budgets and focuses on brick-and-mortar projects funded by state bonds.

In order to support small businesses, like those in the Central Ohio area, the Ohio House of Representatives recently passed legislation that would allow local wineries to sell their products at farmers’ markets. Drink spiking is the practice of putting an illicit substance in someone’s drink without their knowledge and usually co-occurs with other crimes such as sexual violence and theft.
