State Rep. Mike Loychik (R-Bazetta) is set to introduce the Comprehensive Ohio Drug Addiction Solution (CODAS) legislation, which is comprehensive reform on laws that aims to combat the opioid crisis in Ohio. According to the American Medical Association, several reports have indicated a significant rise in opioid deaths in Ohio with the likely cause being COVID-19.

State Rep.
