State Representative Lauren McNally (D-Youngstown) and First-Ward City of Youngstown Councilman Julius Oliver today announced an event with the Ohio Department of Education on the Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE) Educational Savings Account program, a program providing qualifying families with a $500 credit to pay for enrichment activities like tutoring, day camps, and before-or after-school educational programs.
