Gross Seeks Signatures on Discharge Petition for HB 248

With the recent announcement of President Biden’s Executive Order State Rep. Jennifer Gross (R-West Chester) is taking swift action to protect Ohioans and their freedoms by bringing forth a Discharge Petition for HB 248, the Vaccine Choice and Anti-Discrimination Act.

Gross is the sponsor of HB 248, the Vaccine Choice and Anti-Discrimination Act. Gross has heard concerns from Ohioans on the recent vaccine mandate from President Biden in addition to other Covid-19 mandates. 

Rep. Gross has brought forth a Discharge Petition to remove the bill from the Ohio House Health Committee in order for State Representatives to sign. The Discharge Petition needs 50 signatures so that the bill can be brought immediately to the House Floor for a vote.

“It is now time for the Ohio Legislature to take action on HB 248,” said Gross. “I hope to see signatures and support from my fellow House Members.” “The decision to receive any vaccine should be a personal choice,” said Gross.
