Rep. Blackshear appointed to House Finance Committee and the Subcommittee of Health and Human Services

COLUMBUS– Today, State Rep. Willis Blackshear Jr. (D-Dayton) was appointed to fill vacancies on the Finance Committee and the Subcommittee of Health and Human Services. 

“I am honored to be appointed to the Finance Committee and the Subcommittee of Health and Human Services. With the state capital budget right around the corner, I’m looking forward to being more involved with determining how funds will be distributed around the state,” said Rep. Blackshear. 

Rep. Blackshear currently serves on the House Criminal Justice, Commerce and Labor and Infrastructure and Rural Development Committees.
