Loychik Issues Statement on the Hamas Attack on Israel

COLUMBUS – State Representative Mike Loychik (R-Bazetta) issued the following statement condemning the Hamas bombing into Israel:

“Israel, our strongest ally in the Middle East, was senselessly attacked by Iranian-backed Hamas. For years, these terrorists have posed an ongoing threat to the State of Israel, and the most recent assault has left hundreds of people dead, and even more wounded.

As a veteran who has proudly served this great nation, we must join together in support of the Israelis as they defend themselves against state-sponsored terrorism. 

The people of Israel are in my prayers as they work through the aftermath of this heinous attack.”

Loychik serves as the Chair of the House Armed Services Committee. He devoted eight years of his life to the United States Air Force. Loychik was a C-130 Crew Chief with a special operations group, as well as a combat search and rescue group.
